Chocolate Covered Salted Caramels (70% Dark or Milk Chocolate)
No wax, emulsifiers or preservatives, or corn syrup. Gluten-free.
Chocolate Ingredients: - Cacao bean, cane sugar, cacao butter (milk chocolate has milk added)
Caramel Ingredients: Cane sugar, cream (coconut cream for vegan), water, lemon
*Sea Salt on the bottom.

Sipping Chocolate – 100% Cacao Bean
-Whole cacao bean melting powder drink mix.
These beans have been slowly stone ground to preserve flavor & nutrition. By nature, they are gluten free and vegan. They contain one of the highest concentrations of magnesium & antioxidants of any other food on the planet (plus iron, fiber, calcium… ). They were then aged in non-tempered form so we could get the chocolate to blend into an easy to use powder.
Hot Cacao:
Whisk 2 tbs chocolate powder per
12 oz hot milk & 1 tbl sugar until smooth & creamy. You may use any liquid &/or sweetener of your choice.
* This is real stone ground chocolate, that will melt if left in the sun or heat.
Batons are chocolate sticks perfectly shaped for baking pastries, chopping into chocolate chips, or just enjoying as they are. Our chocolate sticks come in 6 varieties. All of our dark chocolate is vegan (by nature with only 2 ingredients), milk is added to our white and milk chocolate, and our sugar free is a natural birch xylitol.

100% Organic Cacao Nibs (organic cacao beans that have been cleaned, sorted, roasted and shelled). Farmer-direct from Belize, Chiapas or Ecuador. Fair-trade (by nature they are gluten-free, sugar free and dairy free).
A great coffee alternative, will not melt.
100% brewing cacao (coffee alternative), milled and ready to brew. Cacao beans that have been cleaned, sorted, roasted, shelled and milled. Best to brew in slow drip or French press, as it may take a couple minutes longer than coffee to extract all the flavors from the ground cacao. By nature they are gluten free, sugar free and dairy free). Farmer-direct from Belize. Fair trade.
Our dark chocolate bars contain only two ingredients - cacao beans and cane sugar (or coconut sugar), that’s it (some bars have additional butter from the cacao bean added).
Our bars weigh approximately 1.5 oz ea.
The bars are packaged in a plant based compostable wrapper, with a paper box that can be recycled.
All of our bars are vegan except for two:
Our classic white chocolate (made with fresh pressed cacao butter, whole milk and cane sugar), and our dark milk chocolate (which is 50% cacao beans, 1/4 whole milk and 1/4 cane sugar).
No hidden ingredients (no wax, additives, emulsifiers, preservatives…). Just rich and decadent, pure chocolate.

Processed in a facility that uses nuts & dairy. All of our chocolate is made in house using traditional techniques (stone milling and stone grinding).
